These are gorgeous.  Browse along her website  http://www.danielleclough.com/ and try not to be amazed.

Some of the pieces show the back of the needle point and are dimensional.  The medium allows for many interesting applications and her use of color is neon-mastered.

It is an idea I would like to use in my work with a painter/sculpture approach.  It is sparking ideas of thread building a foundation on something as sculpturally dynamic as a racket to then paint on.
